On June 30, SEMI China PV Standards Technical Committee Spring Meeting 2020 hosted by SEMI China was successfully held in the Parkyard Hotel (Shanghai). Mr. Li Shijun, the general manager of S.C, was elected as a core member of SEMI China PV Standards Technical Committee.

 A total of more than 80 committee members and experts from 35 companies and scientific research institutes attended the meeting in order to promote the development of the industry through technical exchanges. At the meeting, it is mainly reported the progress of the SEMI global photovoltaic standard work, and the Chief editorial unit (Trina Solar, Canadian Solar and Fujian Metrology Institute) and other participating units of “SEMI PV92-0120, Test Method for Extension of Flexible Thin Film Photovoltaic (PV) Modules” and “SEMI PV94-0420, Guide for Identifying Cell Defects In Crystalline Silicon PV Modules By Electroluminescence (EL) Imaging” were awarded the Certificates.

At the meeting, Mr. Li Shijun and many other enterprises’ representatives were elected as core members of SEMI China PV Standards Techinical Committee after deliberation and voting. In the future, S.C can also participate in the formulation and voting of international standards of the industry, which will not only enable us to contribute to the establishment of standards for the industry, but we will also be able to strengthen the technical exchanges and discussions with the experts in this industry and obtain more industry technical information, and promote the continuous in-depth development of the company’s technical roadmap.
