S.C's Perovskite Solar Cell Pilot Line serves as an innovative verification platform for self-developed manufacturing equipment of PSC & tandem cells, covering an area of approx. 1,000m2.It verifies the relevant PSC equipment developed by our various business divisions and fully configured with personnel and operated in accordance with the requirements of mass production. With more than 20 sets of related core process equipment on-site, including slot die coater(for TCO glass, crystalline silicon and other substrates), co-evaporator , laser scriber, PVD, RPD, ALD and so on. All the equipment is independently designed and manufactured by S.C, covering all process steps for the production of single-junction PSC cells & PSC/Si tandem cells, with fully independent intellectual property rights.
With an ultra-clean room in pilot line, in which the temperature, humidity and cleanliness are precisely controlled and an integrated wafer transfer chamber to connect the cleanroom with the external areas, which can effectively minimize the contact between the cells and the external environment.This pilot line has innovatively developed integrated mass production equipment capable of depositing multiple thin-film layers within a single processing equipment, saving plant space.Additionally, the pilot line is supported by a specialized R&D team dedicated to developing perovskite precursor solutions and critical materials tailored to the mass production requirements of PSC cells, as well as R&D of preparation process of related thin films.
