Since winning the previous order for Wet Bench Tools of SiC Production Line in April and signed the contract, a S.C subsidiary company, Tronway Changzhou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Tronway), has recently won an order for Wet Bench Tools from another industry-leading semiconductor company and has currently completed the contract signing.

The subject of this signed contract covers the SiC production line located in this customer’s new industrial park, which includes 18 sets of equipment to be delivered, doubling the previous contract signed in April. The order covers the complete etching and cleaning processes of SiC device production, and it contains the Swing-type Dry equipment newly researched and developed by Tronway, which is compliant with both 6/8-inch production line. As such, Tronway has drastically improved the development efficiency of equipment, and it is further consolidated that Tronway’s 6/8 Inch Batch-Type & Single Wafer Automatic Wet Etching/Cleaning Tools have the ability to substitute overseas equipment.
